Founded in 2012 by long-time childhood friends, Orbit & Ember was created to elevate simple neighborhood dining into an sensory wood-fired culinary experience.
Every ingredient is locally sourced from Carolina farms, and every log of oak firewood is dried and cured in-house to guarantee the perfect smolder and flavor infusion in our kitchen.
