📅 Visiting & Reservations
Do you accept reservations or walk-ins?
Yes. Reservations are strongly recommended for Friday and Saturday dinner service as well as Weekend Brunch. Walk-in seating is available at our walnut bar and lounge on a first-come, first-served basis. You can reserve online via our Reservations Page or call (704) 555-0198.
What is the dress code?
Orbit & Ember does not enforce a formal dress code. Most guests choose smart-casual attire, but our priority is that you feel comfortable and welcomed.
🌱 Food, Allergens & Dietary Needs
How does Orbit & Ember handle food allergies?
Our kitchen takes allergen safety seriously. Guests should inform their server of any allergies before ordering. Because our kitchen handles common allergens (nuts, dairy, gluten, shellfish), complete freedom from cross-contact cannot be guaranteed. Guests with severe allergies are encouraged to contact us prior to visiting.
Are vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options available?
Yes. Our menu features dishes developed specifically as vegetarian selections (such as our Fire-Roasted Cauliflower and House-Made Pappardelle). While we are not a gluten-free kitchen, several dishes can be modified without gluten-containing ingredients.
📋 Policies & Private Dining
Do you offer private dining for group events?
Yes. Our private dining room accommodates groups of up to 16 guests for custom wood-fired tasting dinners and celebrations. Visit our Experience Page to submit an inquiry.
Can guests bring an outside cake or wine?
Outside celebration cakes may be accepted with advance notice and may be subject to a cake-cutting service fee. Please contact management in advance regarding corkage policies for special bottles.
