How many guests can The Ember Room accommodate?
The Ember Room is designed for intimate seated dinners of 10–14 guests (max 16) and standing cocktail receptions up to 24 guests.
Does submitting an inquiry confirm the event?
No. Submitting an inquiry allows our team to check date availability and review your request. Events are confirmed only after a signed event proposal and deposit are received.
Are there food & beverage minimums?
Yes. Minimum spend requirements vary by date, service time (dinner vs brunch), and event format. Specific terms are detailed in your event proposal.
Can we bring an outside celebration cake?
Celebration cakes from licensed commercial bakeries may be permitted with advance approval. Storage and cake-cutting service details will be confirmed during planning.
